Q. How long has IAS been in business?
IAS has been in business since 1991. 

Q. Is it legal to purchase medicines by mail?
Most countries allow the importation of medicines for personal use but each person must check the laws for his country.  
We do not require a prescription. 
US citizens can legally import a 3 month supply of medicines for personal use under FDA regulations signed July 20, 1988.

Q. Is a prescription required?
We do not require a prescription (except for customers in the European Union).  If you wish, you may fax us a prescription and we will include a copy with your package.  This should prevent any problem/delay from customs should they inspect your package.

Q. Can I get other products not listed on the website?
No. If the product is not listed on our website, we don't carry it.

Q. Do you ship to the United States?
We ship to every country except to the United Kingdom.  Countries in the European Union require a prescription for pharmaceuticals but non-pharmaceutical orders do not require a prescription.

Q. How can I pay for your goods?
We accept
1.  Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Switch credit cards.
2.  US postal money orders (we don't require the international version postal money order)
3.  Cashier's checks or money orders denominated in US dollars.
                We do not accept personal checks.

Q. Are prices listed in US dollars?
Yes.  Products are listed in US dollars.  However, credit card charges are made in British Pounds Sterling.  

Q. How can I order?
Orders may be placed online, or by fax, e-mail, or letter.
We do not accept orders over the telephone.  

Q. How do you ship orders?
We ship by airmail which we have found is 98% reliable. 
These are the airmail shipping options:
 1.  Airmail $15.  These packages are not traceable.
 2.  Airmail Registered $20.  Signature is required on delivery. 
      This is the most secure form of airmail service and is
       recommended for countries with poor mail systems.  
       Airmail Registered is not available to the USA.
 3.  Airmail Discrete $25.  These packages are not traceable.
       Discrete airmail is not available for products marked with an *.
       Products are mailed in letters instead of in bulky packages.
       Payment must be made by certified funds for Discrete mail..        Credit cards are not accepted for Discrete Mail  

Q. How long will it take to receive my package? 
Shipment normally takes 7-10 days for most countries but we ask people to wait up to 28 days for delivery. 

Q. Can I pay extra for faster delivery? 
Not at the present time.

Q. Do you ship by couriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL?
Yes, but we do not recommend shipment by courier as it greatly increases the likelihood of problems with customs and often takes longer for delivery than airmail packages.  The customer must provide his FedEx, UPS, or DHL account number for shipment.  
Bear in mind that international courier shipments are very expensive compared to domestic shipments and if the package is rejected by customs, the return cost can be up to 3 times the outward-bound cost.

Q. How do I know IAS is a legitimate company?
