Linus Pauling, (a Nobel Laureate) considered vitamin C to be the most important substance for the human condition. He suggested that we not only take it whenever we can, he even recommended replacing the salt container on the table with vitamin C!

There are two versions of vitamin C; L-ascorbic acid and D-ascorbic acid. Most research shows that D-ascorbic acid is of little benefit because it is discarded by the body and that people only benefit from L-ascorbic acid.

Furthermore, there is a purity question over many of the available supplements on the market. However, the vitamin C offered by IAS (manufactured by DEDI) is pharmaceutical quality (99.9% pure) L-ascorbic acid.

Vitamin C in pill form contains up to 25% fillers.  At very high vitamin C doses (10-30 grams daily), this could mean ingesting as much as 7 grams of fillers daily!

It can be surmised that because of the high-purity and the 100% content of L-ascorbic acid in our vitamin C, that this product may be up to 10 times more potent than “other” forms of vitamin C pills.
